Yes.  Just like adults, children have spines too!  Their spines can be subject to significant trauma during the birth process and other childhood activities such as learning to walk, falling off bicycles, climbing etc.  The nerve impulses travelling back and forth between the brain and the body is a major factor in coordinating and controlling development.  Children’s growing bodies should have full and free flowing nerve communication to reach their full potential.  Some common childhood health complaints can be related to spinal dysfunction and may benefit from chiropractic care eg “growing pains”.
